Fees in your proposal All fees will be clearly outlined in your personalised proposal.
Extra work Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted and approved by you beforehand.
Invoice due date Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance.
Cancellation & refunds You may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. If you request us to commence work earlier, completed work will be chargeable.
Short Notice If documentation is required to be produced at short notice (less than 15 working days), an additional fee will be payable.
